Privacy Policy

• Your account email and password (passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see them).
• Resume content you upload, paste, or enter, including contact details, work history, education, skills, and any optional headshot.
• Job descriptions you paste in to tailor your resume.
• Basic usage data needed to run the service (e.g., how many resumes you've generated today, for fair-use limits).

We use your information solely to provide the service: to generate, tailor, store, and let you re-download your resumes. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

To create your resume, the relevant text (your resume content, intake answers, and any job description) is sent to Anthropic (the Claude AI that does the writing) for processing. Your data is stored with Supabase (our database and file storage) and the app is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We don't share your data with anyone else.

If you upload a headshot, it's stored privately — only you can access it — and it's used only on the "Presentation" resume styles you choose to download. You can remove it at any time.

Your resumes and information stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to remove your account. You can delete individual uploads and your headshot in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted so that you can only ever see your own resumes, job descriptions, and photos — enforced at the database level, not just in the app.

Get Called Back is intended for adults in the workforce and is not directed to anyone under 16.
